Profile Picture Changing

I can't seem to change my profile picture. I upload an image, it says it saved, and then it doesn't show it was changed, it stayed the same, any assistance?

I cleared the cache, and I re-tried to change the picture, and it did the same thing. Any other ideas?

the image size has to be 70 if im correct, if it is the wrong pixel size it wont upload.

Just refresh the page (make sure your old avatar is on the page you are refreshing) and your browser should update it.

It has to be 74 by something equal to 74 or smaller

It can be 75x75, it has to be .gif for it to work tho

It does, but if you want transparency to work you'll have to do what I said.
