Water Jetpack

I want a water jetpack.
Info:
-Should only work above water (if possible)
-Sounds (an original sound, not one that has already been used in blockland or in it's add-ons) -a must
-Long emitters shooting down from the sides (white preferrably)
-Colored by paint can color
-MUST be able to be spawned with an item. I don't want just a vehicle.
-On/off with light switch
-Long thick cord that can attach/detach to vehicles/bots and actually drag the jetpack if the boat/vehicle is moved when attached (because most boats on blockland are bots) -optional and only if possible
-^Above; jetpack can be used even if detached

I was once working on FLUDD with Demian and it had the ability to be a water jetpack.



Sadly the files were lost. Well, I still have the model. I would just need to recode it and Demian would need to do a little more modeling.
