I've tried plugging in my turtle beaches with the microphone plugged in too and nothing is being recognized. the only thing recognized in my TV. Nothing else not even built in speakers

there are no default devices (Pretty sure) because it was asking if I wanted to make the HD TV my default device when I plugged it in via HDMI cable

When did this audio problem start happening? You could always give Windows Restore a shot and go back before you first started having this problem.
