actually you can but usually only expensive ass computers have the MxM slot

you can, but the hell you have to go to upgrade one is not worth it. most laptops need like, specialized cards to fit their shape, along with that slot
and you 100% cannot find laptop video cards at best buy, thats for sure

just buy a pre-built from a good retailer
