where to find? srry 4 not replying
When you go to start a server, it's the green bar on the top right, when you click it and choose a player amount, those options will appear
Though i also lost my weapons recently, but then i realized ASS Mod was messing with things it couldn't fix by going through it's many options, so i got rid of it, started a server and typed sbox_weapons 1 into the console (~ key) and killed myself, i got my weapons back after respawning and i've yet to lose them again
So you should also make sure you don't have ASS Mod, because i don't know if it's menu has a (working) option to enable weapons globally without giving them out one by one
Although i didn't try typing sbox_weapons 1 while i did have ASS Mod, but i just assumed i would just lose my weapons again the next time i loaded my server, so i just uninstalled it
