When I think about it, Badspot is like the caretaker of the forums as is an entomologist to an anthill. Sometimes there are bad ants that decide they're gonna not get along with the others, or they decide they're gonna try biting their caretaker, and as a result they get smushed into squishy juicy goop.
In this case, anti-block was a bad ant that decided to "crawl" onto badspot and "bite" him. He was a bad ant and won't be missed except by the other secretly-bad ants.
But of course Badspot's work is far more important than that of an antkeeper.
