Did the forums just change its style?

I just refreshed the index page of the forums and I am greeted with this strange change in the decor:


What is going on? I'm using Chrome by the way. I think I might have hit something around the left control button while clicking on the index page, and then this change happened. Any ideas?

try zooming in and see if you have lines on the page

Everything is still good with me.
Did you perhaps zoom out? Press Ctrl+0 to reset to default zoom.
Ctrl+Mouse wheel zooms in and out, easy to bump.
