So I just performed an experiment where I tried to upload a 5 x 5 png file as my avatar. It did not change. I'm starting to think that .png files are not supported anymore.

I can't even upload my current one, which is a GIF.

I'm trying to change it again, but I can't even change it to a one-color transparent 75x75 gif that takes up 443 bytes.

CTRL+F5 does its job every time you press it. Don't blame CTRL+F5 for the forum's stufftiness.

Also, be happy you can change your avatar at all. I'm stuck with no avatar because baddy decided I don't get to modify my profile anymore.

My avatar is less than three kilobytes and has all dimensions under 75 pixels and it works.
