i already see the difference in my arms. I do 5 pullups every time i go downstairs, as well
I did something similar for a while, had to do 2 each time I used the stairs. Up or down. And while pulling myself up I'd do midair crunches (or whatever). Talk about a workout on the abdominal area... ouch
thing is i switch houses every week and half the time i don't have the pullup bar, so i do as much as possible at my dad's.
