Avatar not uploading

alright so I want to switch back to my old avatar but every time I try to it stays as the one with the tophat.
and when I try to change it to a type the forum accepts like gif it has these white lines around the eyes and such.
can anyone fix this for me please?

If you're referring to the fact I'm not flatflyer, I am, I'm just on my old account cause my Main got banned

tried gif but these weird white lines appeared around the eyes and the dark lines became non existant
will try Jpg though
