Once you join a freebuild server, you mostly see spam bricks.
I want to make building on a baseplate better by letting people who build without a baseplate have less privliges.
To do that, all people can edit spam bricks (that means destroying them) and can not spray paint or add emitters and effects to them. They also can't spawn vehicles with a spam brick or set events to them.
