It's just missing so many features. I'd at least go with Professional.

But it's not my computer anyway, so whatever.

What the forget?
Do some research.
That doesn't mean it's worth that much. You can get a much better, newer card (e.g. 80% more performance) for 30% more price.

the extra 40 bucks upgrade gives you some networking and hyper-v access.
not what 99.99999999999 of users will ever need.
even a single one of you

yo for real give this avg. gamer dude here one reason to plop an xtra two score on pro edition

also on the gfx front, from what i dug up in 5 mins time, the 470 is a solid card for cheap, but i dont think its gonna work for ya considering u got a 430w psu and it requires 550w.

the features in professional are useless.

Use this CPU:

Why

His budget doesn't allow for such an expensive CPU, and he's not overclocking, so he has no reason to use anything other than the stock cooler.

do you even know what professional is except from a pretty blue box colour?

professional was meant for business use therefor it adds business based utilities and programs, if OP wants to run a business so bad then I guess he'd get professional but for his use he's probably gonna play games on it so really it adds some worthless programs he probably won't use and is a waste of money

I know it's irrelevant at this point in time but I would've gone for a rig a bit more like this;

CPU: AMD FX-4350 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($124.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  ($69.99 @ Micro Center)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($57.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Asus Radeon HD 7770 2GB Video Card  ($130.91 @ Newegg)
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 w/Window (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($84.99 @ Micro Center)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($19.99 @ Micro Center)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer  ($14.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $568.82
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Maybe even stretch to a HD 7870 if you could or upgrade to one later down the line. I honestly don't think you picked the most suitable parts for your budget and I strongly advise you to at least wait a bit longer before ordering your parts so you can get as much input as possible before you go and spend all of your money.

Graphics cards rarely go down in price, they just get replaced by newer and more cost efficient models.  Just because some people online are still trying to rip people off with launch day prices for a 3+ year old card doesn't mean it is worth the price.

Simple tip, don't listen to Mr Queeba

I'm going to build the best pc i can in the lowest amount of money. I want to be able to play DayZ, Blockland with shaders and like idk GTA 5 when it comes out, anyone got reccomendations? I figured the topic is related.
what I did was this:
I got a Radeon 7770 on sale for $70-90 (I don't remember).
I bought a CPU and motherboard combo (AMD FX-4130 and ASUS M5A78 LX Plus) for around $110, I think,
I bought a Corsair CX-430 power supply for $20,
4 gigs of G.Skill Value RAM for $30-40.
A Western Digital Caviar Blue 320 GB for $40, I think, (this is kind of a bad deal, get a lot more storage for like $10 more)
Cougar Spike mATX case for $25
and Windows 8.1 for $98.

Over all, I spent a grand total of $407 for my computer, with Windows included, that can max out Blockland at 1080p on some lower brickcount builds. On some servers, especially with a lot of add-ons (Zix's Randomizer, for instance) to get 55-60 FPS I have to turn of shaders completely, but normally, it's completely playable with at least shadows and shaders on low.
