costum
lol.

They kinda suck. If you're going to copy them than at least put your own spin on it.

ew

The colors are badly chosen, lightning is too bright in most of them. The text is also a bit hard to read in some.

Not only that but you also have typos:

*you're

That's great and all, but what Furdle suggesting is to create your own style instead of copying others.

EDIT : also some pictures have bad quality, look at Buttman's poster as an example

Yes indeed. That was because I resized to small and had to made it bigger again so the pixels are stretched out. The same the happpened to oOSLAYER_XOo :/
Photoshop's Undo doesn't work properly for some reason :/

Photoshop's Undo doesn't work properly for some reason :/
Use the History panel then

You need better font management, and layout. Mainly in the placement area.

They aren't bad, they they also aren't that good.
Work on it.

Did you press ctrl alt z? that will go back more than just one undo

OT: They look really weird idk.

>He's refining his edges
>His text is large, solid, and has a CLEAR stroke around the text. It is ALWAYS a white stroke
>in some cases he's adding a stroke around them (His personal poster)
>He puts love into his posters

>I ask what people want
>I use different fonts and style's
>I use colors the people ask for
>I also put love in it <3
>I use stroke's too
>I place the text different and now on the boring same place
>I sometimes use glow

>I ask what people want He obviously HAS to ask what people want since they PAY for it
>I use different fonts and style's Inconsistency in the face of poor quality does not make your work look better
>I use colors the people ask for Again, HE HAS TO, HE'S BEING PAYED
>I also put love in it <3 The fact that you had to put this shows you were running out of things to say
>I use stroke's too You use little strokes or a gradient/glow, OR you use a black stroke. That only works if the background isn't black. Jake is using a color occlusion technique, white stroke on black text. This makes it clearer, easier to read, and in his case, more professional.
>I place the text different and now on the boring same place Moving the text all over the place makes the image seem childish and it covers up what you're trying to show off: the player/avatar.
>I sometimes use glow You either use too much glow, or not enough to notice it.

He also blurs the edges of his cutouts, from what I can tell. I got my certification in Adobe Photoshop CS6 last year, so this is all just off the top of my head. I spent a year and a half working in photoshop in my highschool, and the difference between you and Jake is crystal clear for me, because I was a teacher's pet and I would help everyone with Photoshop. Everything from where the gradient tool is, to life lessons, I remember everything my teacher taught me. Jake would be the kid who spends lunch in the lab working on his photoshop project, whereas you end up appearing in class, texting half the time and then rushing the project just to get a passing grade.

>I use different fonts and style's
>I sometimes use glow
Um
I can't really say that that is a good thing. IMO the way you use outer glow is just ugly. Not only that but one style and font looks good if executed properly.
>I also put love in it <3
Doesn't look like it. If you actually did put love in it, then you would:

 > Not leave images in bad quality. (Ex. - Buttman and Slayer)
 > Notice that text blends in with the background and is hard to read. (Ex. - Hongkongphooey, Buttman, Slayer)
 > Notice that you cut off part of the image (Ex. - slayer. The sniper and the hat are cut off)
 > Notice that the text is cut off by the borders of the image. (Ex. - Aceman, buddermaster9)
 > Position the players properly in-game to get good lightning. For example, on Google's poster, the background is almost pitch black when the face is very, very bright. Or maybe atleast tweak a bit with the contrast in the Photoshop.
 > Choose colors properly so that they won't blend in with each other. Pretty much on every picture you either hardly see the text, or the stroke/glow, on some it's also hard to distinguish the character and the background

So basically what I'm saying is that you didn't even try improving the image, everything looks so rushed.

>I place the text different and now on the boring same place
On JakeBlade's posters text is positioned properly and looks neat. In yours, on the other hand, the text looks like it was just thrown in, not only that but it's also cut off in some images.
