Crystal meth is the most commonly used drug in Japan. Hell, that's where it originated back in the 1930s. It's not inconceivable that its use could have spread to Korea at some point.

NK dosnt even import or allow the products needed to make it. i would be shocked if even 1% of that population had even heard it its existance.
