Keyboard Keys Error

This is not the one that shows up in the FAQ, as I don't have that thing in my device manager and I don't use windows vista. (I use 7)
Pretty much, in-game, I cannot write / or ?, and when I press ', the console opens up.
I believe it may be cause I use a brazilian keyboard.

If you think that is the case, you can change your keyboard to the US format.

Just add the one in the picture

     | keyboard
           | US

By pressing alt+shift, you can switch between your Brazillian and US keyboard.
See if that helps

Note that you will have to memorise the US keyboard, the symbols will be in a different place.
