brown townog stick question for 360 controller

So I'm trying to use a 360 controller with Dolphin and one of my brown townog sticks has been a little wonky. In the picture, you can see it goes diagonally up and to the left. I'm only pressing Left. I tried recalibrating the controller in the device manager to no avail. Anyone know what I could do to fix this?
Might I add, going right it works fine, only left that there's a problem

Does it do this when used on an xbox? The stick itself could be forgeted up
