I've done it.
This is the Arial font extended to include Syerjchep characters:

This is a keyboard layout that lets you type such characters:
http://www.filedropper.com/keyboardlayout

You can make it so you can switch back and forth between your normal layout and the Syerjchep one instantly. It's pretty convenient. Also, the Syerjchep characters are between and including e6a2 and e6ce in the private use area of the Unicode standard.

Yeah, but it's not just about translating word for word.
Those examples on the chart are just transliterations.
There's actually a whole new grammar system to be learned as well.
