Basically, it changes chat messages to different languages when they are sent to the server. Example:

I send the chat message: "Hello"
It comes out as (spanish): "Hola"

You need to take into account the context of the scentence too.
"Vino en botella", translated without taking into account the context would be "He/She came in bottle" but translated taking the context into account is "Wine in bottle". Making a translator is much more complex than it seems.

If Google, with all its resources, still can't even come close to touching a completely accurate translator, we with our maybe three people willing to even try something like this can't even come close to a translator that gives you the general idea of what to say.
