Help me identify this weird feeiling

I just tried this, I got a slightly tingly and very tiring, almost painful feeling in my index finger, thumb and the bit in between (not the whole hand).

I get this when something rough is grinded against another rough surface in my hand

like pushing a chalk or my fingernails against a blackboard in skool

it only works tho if I am doing it, if my classmates are, I can stand it no prob
