So far steam support's been relatively good. I was kind of an starfish on the "Team Fortress 2 registers my ..." ticket to Support Tech Jimmy, but aside from that they've been kind, and they've taken their time to either fix the problem or work on other peoples.
Op forgets that they have other users entirely and goes gun blazing john rambo angry when he doesn't get a response after 1 day of posting the images. Steam support isn't the fastest thing in the world, but they probably wont answer within 10 minutes of your post like you would in EA support. Be patient and they'll respond again.
