The new update with the UPnP was the prob, i disabled it then next 2 days it worked
 again

I suggest disabling locking in the help forums.

Or better yet, make it a very mildly bannable offense. Like, a 3-day ban or something. Maybe that's kind of backwards, but... that would give users an incentive to post the solution rather than going "nvm, figured it out, LOCKED :))))"
