You can guess where this is going. While 2048 might be considered 'more than enough for anyone', that'll still essentially be a limiting factor when larger mods are made.

Post some pros and cons about having more datablocks. It may or may not be a good idea, depending on what everyone thinks.

Edit: Missing 24 datablocks.

Well, I think that many datablocks is the torque cap, I don't think Badspot can change it.

He did change it, it used to be 1024 on the old Blockland which was completely unreasonable and 2048 is pushing it before load times are huge and it consumes loads more memory.

ya if he makes it bigger you might explode from the load times

Shouldn't it be the server host's own option if he wants to use a massive amount of datablocks, resulting in more used memory and longer load times, or not?

Considering he increased it from the alpha version when he made retail, it should be feasable that he can change the amount of datablocks again.
