Must-Need addons for mini empires?

Hi.
I want to host a mini empire's server that isnt A.stuff B. requires you to be a master builder to play

its that simple
but I need the proper addons to host it, I dont want to go in and have nothing.
So does anyone know any addons that are required for a good mini empires?

Pretty much anything used for fine details in building is important for mini empires, so add-ons like poles, ORBP, small ramps, etc. are good to have

EDIT: Almost all of Emil's bricks are great

also never use the mini empires brickpack
use theblackparrot's one addon that lets you do /empirename /empirecolor etc (i'd get a link but im too lazy)
