Colors in RGB instead of 0-100

Can anyone make a mod that displays colors in the character customization screen in RGB (0-255) rather than whatever we have (0-100)?
Mostly for copying colors from uniforms and stuff

EDIT: If you can, add something so we can input manually the number instead of moving a bar

Just multiply the number by 256/100 to go from 0-100 to 0-256, and divide to go back.

The thing is that I tried doing that, but im searching a better way of doing this, so I can make soccer jerseys having the transparency for the neck
