So do i just make a folder, put the tumbs folder inside it? then zip and upload?

Yeah. Name the folder something like Decal_BrazilJersey and have a thumbs folder in that folder. If ya need to take a reference from another decal that's already been uploaded.

i did this but it still doesn't show up. i looked at some other decals and i made sure i had all the things it had and i had them all but it still doesn't show up when i open up the avatar options for the shirt.

Is it in your add-ons folder? And be sure to have a description.txt

Upload the file to mediafire and post a link to it here, so we can see what's wrong with it.

Make sure the images are the correct resolution.
They should be 256x256
The thumbs should be 64x64

(Don't know how much leeway you can have)
