this doesn't really change the fact that you're potentially ruining the game experience for some people new to the game by just (apparently) outright banning them for being new to the game. another thing that seems evident is that you're demonstrably incapable of accepting criticism, as you just reply to them with condescending text or a gif you pulled from google search or you automatically assume that they broke a rule on your server and this is why they're complaining.
