Nothing, as long as they don't appear on the master server. I'm pretty sure badspot's post makes it clear that the reason he didn't want people using it was because it could make unjoinable entries on the master server.

Idiots are modifying their game to trick the master server into believing it is a v21 server, so it appears on the list.
