Yea oatmeal is good for you and its delicious  so everyone wins

except plain oatmeal yuck

I've been bicycling everyday for about six weeks now

good stuff yo

my legs are like jackhammers

I'm a black belt in Taekwondo, not only that I go to Gym.
I am dying of soreness

Don't really worry about my legs too much, cause I walk a lot, for long distances.

Just wondering, though, do any of you guys workout with out going to the gym. Cause all I do is push-ups and sit-ups and the like, but is the gym required, or optional?

Depends on what your goal is, if you want to get ripped you obv go to the gym.

technically you can get ripped at home doing pushups/situps/cardio

wanna get buff go to the gym

Yeah cause I was thinking to just do excercises at home, then perhaps later on go to the gym to tone my muscles and all that.

The gym is not required, but will help facilitate your body building.
You will need to find workouts that work on several different muscles, so obviously push ups and sit ups arent going to do that.
Gyms make it easier because they have machines designated for specific muscle groups, so it makes it a lot easier to make sure you are getting a well balanced workout.

My diet:
I wake up, and eat rocks mixed with moonshine and muscle milk powder
For lunch, I eat glass shards mixed with telephone poles
For dinner I go to a restaurant and eat all the cars parked outside mixed with every alcoholic beverage in the establishment.
And if I need a midnight snack, I eat the chairs in my living room.

I try to work on my weakest points of my body, most specifically, my chest and back. My ass I will do way later, my legs are immortal so I can just skip them for now.

But really, I only work on Chest and forearms for now.
