I can almost pass the Law Enforcment physical agility test. I can only run 1 mile though. I need to be able to run 3

upper body on mondays, lower body on wednesdays, and core on friday with cardio on all days
4-6 meals a day, the personal trainer told me I have to put on 10 pounds
oatmeal and fruit pre workout then protein and carbs post workout

Any advice on how to boost my running distance to 4 miles?

lol wtf only 1 mile, in how many minutes do you have to run the 3 miles.

Anyway, I used to work out about 3 days a week but now I cba to do that anymore. I'm still fit tho because I don't eat crappy food and sit 24/7
Oh and water is the best thing to take with you when sporting, no crappy energy stuff.
Water is boss. Im often stupid when it comes to drinking and dont start until I begin to die. I try and drink maybe 64oz during school

I don't life but I do a lot of cardio, ok to post???

I could barely run 3 miles (posted a thread a little bit ago) now I can do over 5. I did sprints 3 times a week. 10 100m sprints with 30 seconds in between. You'll want to die but its one of the best ways to increase running endurance.

Oh and water is the best thing to take with you when sporting, no crappy energy stuff.
Gatorade is disgusting. Never gonna drink that stuff.

Man I love oatmeal. Been eating oatmeal and bananas the past couple days.
I personally just have two 20 pound dumbells that I do hammer curls with every other day. I also so sit-ups and hike/swim. More of a recreational fitness than anything.

Any long distance should be first off the basics, Eat lightly, Drink water but no ice, Stretch. Always start off slow or at your comfortable pace. Slowly, your body will get used to it and naturally go faster. NEVER dash at the beginning.

If you're trying to lose weight that's a bad way to do it, just eat some healthy stuff like salads or fruit instead of nothing.

also great way to improve stamina. bike up a hill using a low gear. it also puts work on your abdomen area.
