Im losing a lot of muscle mass because running
also its amazing how much water and allergy medicine benefit my running abilities. Did a 5 mile run without breaking a sweat today even though im dying from soreness. :/
Going to shed off the couple pounds to get to 145lbs for rastling
btw youre only 13. youre not going to be a body builder any time soon. i suggest eating home made food, physical activities and not using steroids or those protein milk shakes(dont even try to argue you steroid junkies) until youre like 20 something

What are your goals?
Add pullups and be a champ with huge lats :)))) plus its more impressive to knock out 30 pullups then do a bunch of situps or pushups :)
