Hey guys I hope you're all having a fantastic day. Anyway the old muscular muscly muscle workout thread is too old to post so I decided to make a new thread.

so what workouts that don't make you go to the gym, well, burn fat i guess. i've been doing push-ups for a while and i don't really see any general improvement in myself

diet includes eating fatty things to gain fat to protect my body from being a sack of rocks with rubber bands around it. it will be a sack of rocks with rubber bands with jello around it. that way my enemies will sit down and enjoy the jello and get distracted while i use my teenage mutant ninja turtles karate spock chop to knock them out

these things take months. and they only work if youre doing push ups everyday to the point where you cant use your arms to lift up a spoon

Push ups and sit ups are really over prized as work outs. The best thing possible to lose weight is the stop sitting around and stop eating stuffty foods. Going on runs every day is probably the best way to lose weight. Sit ups and push ups are more for building muscle than burning fat.

i went to a gym like a year ago
also i've been losing like a pound everyday for the past couple days?? that counts as working out probably

I can almost pass the Law Enforcment physical agility test. I can only run 1 mile though. I need to be able to run 3

btw youre only 13. youre not going to be a body builder any time soon. i suggest eating home made food, physical activities and not using steroids or those protein milk shakes(dont even try to argue you steroid junkies) until youre like 20 something

Im losing a lot of muscle mass because running

also its amazing how much water and allergy medicine benefit my running abilities. Did a 5 mile run without breaking a sweat today even though im dying from soreness. :/

Going to shed off the couple pounds to get to 145lbs for rastling

What are your goals?

Add pullups and be a champ with huge lats :)))) plus its more impressive to knock out 30 pullups then do a bunch of situps or pushups :)

lol wtf only 1 mile, in how many minutes do you have to run the 3 miles.

Anyway, I used to work out about 3 days a week but now I cba to do that anymore. I'm still fit tho because I don't eat crappy food and sit 24/7
Oh and water is the best thing to take with you when sporting, no crappy energy stuff.

I don't life but I do a lot of cardio, ok to post???
