I dont think you understand. Its called a Close loop cooler because it comes pre-filled and sealed closed. Water WONT escape from it unless you cut the tubes.

Honestly, if you keep yourself static free, installing a computer is such a breeze since parts are more durable than you think. Sure, still have to be care with the back of the motherboard and video card, but thats about it. There really isnt a whole lot you can forget up when building a pc.

and the pins on the CPU.

and the pins on the CPU.
Those aren't actually that weak, you can easily put a CPU on a table with pins down. Just don't rub over them and you're good

Hardest part about building a comp is attaching the power/reset buttons, and the usb. stufff from the case to the mobo.

If tou struggle with Anything else you might be handicapped. It's all just plug and play. And things only fit into 1 location.

and the pins on the CPU.

Not with Intel chips. The contacts are on the CPU and the pins are on the mobo. AMD still has pins on the CPU. Still, you wont want to touch the contact surface, but at least if you bend any pins, you dont have to pay $300 for a new CPU. putting the CPU on the motherboard is extremely easy. I found it harder installing the cpu cooler than the cpu itself.
