Inexplicable Dedicated Server Lag

Nevermind, I found it and checked the box to disable UPnP.

Again, hosting regularly works, but the dedicated server doesn't.

Also, when I query internet servers from the list, the console says there's no response from my public ip:28000

which is probably just another way of saying the "---" for the ping on the server list

Is the server still responsive when you're lagging? Can you type stuff in console?

No, there's no lag; I can type into the console just fine. Everything is working fine except for the dedicated server. When I try hosting that, it acts like it's a LAN server instead of an Internet server, but it shows up on the Internet server but without a ping and nobody outside of my LAN can connect to it.

I was referring to this:

Every time I try hosting a dedicated server and connect to it, I'm fine for a couple of seconds. Immediately after that, however, I'm hit with an intense wave of unending lag, also indicated by the usual yellow "LAG" message.

So has the help topic changed from the OP?
