There is a way to do this yourself.
Search any cs files for servercmdCMDNAME, so for example servercmdtalkas. Now keep the command name, but remove servercmd part. Now you should be left with  function talkas(%variables)

No, you shouldn't. Only post a edit of someones add-on in the add-ons board if it fixes compatibility issues and the maker declared that he wouldn't do it himself or has left BL
