2 vehicle oriented mods and a car

Ok so I just had an explosion of creativity and I wanted to know I someone would do these if possible

Multi function vehicles: basically the vehicle can do more than drive. There would be cranes that you could switch to crane mode or a tow truck that actually tows

Advanced vehicle systems: a nice speedometer that shows rpm. Gasoline that has a cap to the amount you can have in a car. Damage that is given to a specific part of a car as well as some smoke when high damage is achieved. Realistic acceleration on all vehicles.

Also I would like a Nissan Silvia

Of course. For the crane you'd make it like the tank. Add a bot vehicle onto it.
