better fuel mod?

I remember the fuel mod (I will search for a link to it) and it was really useful
however I feel it was abusive

basically I want that with a cap to the amount of fuel you can have

It has an exploit with relay loops, this might not work either but if there is a limit to how much fuel you can put at a time, and how fast can a car receive fuel, it would be great.

The problem is I want a modified version with a cap to the amount of fuel a car can hold
