so today was a half day and i was all happy that i got a few more hours to do stuff, but as it turns out some idiot of a dump truck driver hit the cable line and not even like breaking it or anything and knocked out internet for the entire county i live in.
now you would think that the power company/line company that loving fixes this stuff would fix it in 2-3 hours or less, no, they take/took 6, loving, HOURS, to fix this, it shouldn't have to take what feels like FOREVER, to fix a simple cable line problem.
because of this, i was forced into bed to lie down and try to entertain myself by playing dumb mobile games for the time, but i got bored within minutes because mobile games aren't fun at all, my entire loving evening that i was planning out, all of it, ruined, im pissed off at the fact that nobody fixes this stuff or atleast knows how to DRIVE, literally it was just them slightly damaging the wood to keep the pole up which is pretty strong, but for some goddamn reason, the whatever company that went to fix it thinks its suddenly not important for half of the businesses and homes and every thing else to not work so they loving disassemble everything and take a goddamn eternity for them to fix it
TL;DR : power/cable pole got hit slightly but for some reason the repair company treats the entire situation like a hurricane passed through and ruins my (and everyone else) evening(s)
/rant over, im loving pissed as all hell right now at how they dont put these lines underground or atleast have a faster response
