arma 2 dayz problems

my brother is trying to play the dayz mod and it's telling him to put in product keys, but nothing pops up to show him where to put it. we tried putting in the games > activate a product but that doesnt work either. he cant play multiplayer.

a better thing to do would to be emailing a support ticker or just emailing them through their contacts.
