Custom Loading Screens For Each Game Mode

It would kinda make sense that this would be popular as the maps used to have loading screens and we are already supposed to include an icon for when the gamemode is selected in the UI.

Oh yea that new static map mode + with gamemode that allows you to pick addons + Custom loading screen = Feels Like Old Times
