YouTube Video Problem - WTF?

So, I am having a problem with watching youtube videos. Check the video description to see what is wrong.

It seems more like a problem with the speaker volume or something, actually. It has stopped, for now. It happened again, this time when the guy in the video was speaking into the camera and the voice was distorted. This occurs at 0:58 in the video.

Unlocked, still having the issue.
In fact, it's not just on YouTube.
Whenever a loud noise is played through my headset, it randomly disconnects for like a second.

Turn down the computer volume. I had this happen and turning down the computer volume fixed it. I think that's what I did.
