Admin instant respawn fix

My admins on my server when playing a slayer minigame if I set the spawn time to like 10 the rule doesn't apply with my admins, can someone make a fix?

Individual threads means the suggestion is immediately visible by reading the title
A suggestion megathread means taxing each suggestion and figuring out what it's about
It also makes it harder to manage discussion for an individual suggestion

Besides, it's not like he's suggesting useless ideas or spamming the board with crap.
