I know nothing of Blockland's history with freeze tag, so I'll act like this is new.
Basically, all we need is a tool that can freeze players, that only works in mini-games, and cannot be used to freeze someone in the same team with slayer.
Along with that, an unfreeze tool, that lets you unfreeze anyone.
There should be RTB prefs to set the playertype when a player is unfrozen, and maybe be able to set the playertype of whoever has the freeze tool.
