he was banned for making that auto-updater script mess people's games up, right?
He was banned for spamming the master server, the auto-updater thing literally could have been anyone since the password for the FTP was listed right on the webserver that hosted it. If you took even 1 look at the script you'd instantly see that it wasn't malicious, your comparison there really isn't valid at all (A more valid one would be a convicted hacker starts up a web design shop and then is arrested for suspected hacking even though he did nothing)
But anyways, I'm not here trying to argue what he did and didn't do, just trying to say that he does seem to be one of the ban on sight people.
