Silent Kick/Ban/Mute

Let's be real.
Whenever you tell somebody, "stop doing this or %punishment" you only bring alert to the issue
90% of the time when I see a warning on the server, other players imminently mimic the 'crime'
I feel like an add-on that let's you "silently" ban / mute / kick the user without bringing alert to the issue and having it settled calmly would be much better than
announcing in big bold letters that the player forgeted up.

Why is there a point needing this? He/She forgeted up so that is their problem. Who cares what others think if they are his butt-buddies.
