It always irks me when someone says that a computer is good or bad based on the brand of GPU in it.

You can have a rubbish $40 Radeon GPU or an amazing $400 Radeon GPU. Same for Nvidia.

It having an Nvidia or Radeon GPU means nothing unless you know which actual graphics card it is.

Not to mention it says Radeon in the OP, not Nvidia...
