a script for cars detects both the light levels and if there is an occupant

if it is dark then the car starts emitting lights infront of it

edit: maybe it could have a low beam/high beam toggle by the player's light key

maybe have headlights tied to/replace player's light bc it can already detect light levels and - if its checked in settings - turns on automatically in dark maps
