The developers announced that Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is actually taking a lot of inspiration from this classic and well designed fiction base. It makes me really excited for the new game.

THE GEP GUN IS THE MOST SILENT WAY TO ELIMINATE MANDERLY.

So, serious talk. The first Deus Ex game I played and finished was Human Revolution on the X360; I then finished it on PC as well. I tried Deus Ex 1 about 6 times, and every time I would get frustrated because I couldn't even get onto the statue, and I always was expecting auto-save to kick in (which is really silly of me).

A few days ago I was watching TotalBiscuit's retrospective of Deus Ex 1, and I saw a whole new way to play the game. I'm right now in Hell's Kitchen for the 3rd time, just because you send the radio transmission. loving loving this and can't believe I never did this before.

saving in deus ex 1 takes 2 milliseconds

saving in deus ex 1 takes 2 milliseconds
You'd think with all the RPGs I've played, I'd be used to (and love) quick-saving + manual saving. Younger me is always stupider me.
