Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin not responding.

Not sure if this should go into this board, but I need some assistance. Whenever I launch the game, this happens:



A white screen just appears, and suddenly, it just stops working. Here are my specs:





If anyone could give me any assistance, it would be much appreciated, because I've looked EVERYWHERE and I haven't got anything to work.

Update: When I open up visual studio debugger, all of this crud appears. I'll put it in a pastebin, it's quite large.
