I don't know what the exact FPS is, but my generic office computer that's like 7 years old handles huge builds surprisingly well

60+ FPS with max shaders on at 4K
GTX 970, i7-6700K, and 16GB DDR4
I guess you could say it runs okay

with shadows poorly (~10) and without shadows deciently (40+), but since I've gotten used to having shadows on it looks weird to me when I have them off
