Need help: where to extract decals and faces?

i really wanna know where to extract decals and faces to my blockland folder. i tried extracting it to C:/Program Files/Blockland and i checked and it wasnt there.
Please help!

It was also the same one i used to extract addons to my blockland folder. they wree there, but the decals and faces werent.
